Cumberland keeps its old field lines: stone walls running off into second-growth woods, hayfields still open behind the houses on Tuttle Road, the trails at Twin Brook filling with fresh tracks by seven in the morning. JCL Property Maintenance works both halves of that calendar. Summer is mowing, trimming and edging until a lawn sits inside its own clean border the way a field sits inside its wall. Winter is plowing, shoveling and sanding — the long back-and-forth that turns a buried driveway into a road again.
