About JDLANDSCAPING

Chester mornings often start with the Penobscot breathing vapor into the chill, the river broad and dark as it slides south past town toward Bangor and the sea. JDLANDSCAPING mows and maintains lawns in this riverside Penobscot County community, where houses sit along quiet roads between woodlots and old fields. May is the season of promise here: frost finally out of the ground, the grass coming in thick, the opening mow setting a clean, even rhythm across the yard. Straight lines, tidy trim around the porch steps and the mailbox post: done well in May, it sets the tone for the whole summer. In a small river town, a lawn kept like that is a neighborly kind of pride.
