K&M Property Maintenance

About K&M Property Maintenance

Haystack Mountain stands up out of the flat like a thumb, and from the fields around Castle Hill you can watch a squall cross the Aroostook valley twenty minutes before it arrives. K&M Property Maintenance meets those storms with the plow — driveways and dooryards opened, farm lanes and lots pushed wide, walkways cleared and sand spread where the wind has burnished the ice. On open County ground the snow does not simply fall; it travels, filling in behind you all night. So the work is repetition done carefully, banked back early so February has somewhere to go. There is a plain kind of good in a long lane cleared end to end while the sky is still dark.
