About Morin Property Services LLC

The Spurwink winds through its marsh in slow bends, and in October the whole basin turns bronze while the tide keeps its own schedule underneath. Morin Property Services LLC keeps yards along that stretch of Cape Elizabeth in order through the growing season — mowing, string trimming, edging, and the long cleanups at either end of the year when beds need opening or putting to bed. Winter flips the work to plowing and shoveling: driveways and walkways opened, sand laid in the shaded corners where meltwater refreezes after dark. Salt air is hard on everything out here, so the care has to be steady rather than occasional. A property that looks tended in every month of the year is the result worth chasing.
