About Action Property Services Inc.

Winter mornings on Cape Elizabeth begin in the dark, with the Two Lights foghorn working somewhere past the ledges and Route 77 still empty. Action Property Services Inc. is out in it, plowing driveways and clearing walks so the first car of the day rolls onto bare pavement. By June the same properties want a different kind of attention — grass mowed on a steady rhythm, edges cut clean where lawn meets gravel and stone. There is real satisfaction in a strip of shorefront turf that looks combed, and in an entry opened before anyone thinks to ask. It is ordinary work, done for neighbors, on a piece of coast that never lets you forget the weather.
