CBK Lawn Care

About CBK Lawn Care

In Bucksport the Penobscot runs wide and tidal, and on a clear June morning the light off the water makes every dooryard on the hill look newly minted. CBK Lawn Care mows those yards — the ones stacked up the slope above Main Street, the ones out toward Silver Lake where the road goes quiet under the pines. There is real satisfaction in a lawn cut in clean parallel passes, trimmed tight to the granite step and the fence post, with the clippings swept off the walk before anyone comes home. Spring here arrives late and all at once; autumn takes the maples down in a single windy week, and both get handled. Look for the truck anywhere between the bridge to Verona Island and the back roads out of town.
