About 5 Stones Landscaping and Restoration

Bowdoin is stone-wall country — old lines of granite running off into the woodlots, gravel roads, hayfields opening between stands of maple and pine. 5 Stones Landscaping and Restoration works those properties across the whole year: mowing and trimming all summer, cleanups when the frost finally lets go, mulch and crisp bed edges, and the big leaf haul in October when the town turns all at once. Rural yards are generous in size, which means a well-cut lawn reads from all the way down the road. Winter brings the plow out for long driveways, shoveled walks, and sand on the grades where a truck can lose its footing. Out here the nearest help is a ways off, so getting the drive open early isn't a courtesy — it is the day.
