About Cottage Care of Maine

Fog comes into Boothbay Harbor over the moorings and takes the footbridge one plank at a time, and the small lawns above the water hold the damp all morning. Cottage Care of Maine looks after those terraced harbor yards — mowing, string trimming, edging along steps and stone, and cleanups at either end of the season. Ground like this is steep, uneven and full of ledge, so a good share of the cutting is done by hand where a machine cannot reach. A harborside yard trimmed close, with the boats working below, is worth standing back to look at. Boothbay Harbor and the towns close by.
