Conley's Garden Center and Landscaping

About Conley's Garden Center and Landscaping

By late September the harbor exhales — the crowds thin on Commercial Street, the light turns copper on the water by five, and the yards above town finally have the place to themselves. Conley's Garden Center and Landscaping works that turn of the season, mowing while the grass still grows, then moving into cleanups, leaf removal and cutting the beds back for winter. Earlier in the year it is the summer rhythm: mowing, trimming, edging, mulch laid down before the heat arrives. Once the snow starts, the trucks handle plowing, shoveling and sanding for driveways and walks on streets that climb straight up from the shore. A harbor town lives on preparation, and a yard is no different.
