Ricker's Mulch & Outdoor Storage

About Ricker's Mulch & Outdoor Storage

By November the light in Berwick goes thin and low, and everyone starts watching the sky over the New Hampshire side of the river. Ricker's Mulch & Outdoor Storage is watching too, because that is the signal to start running plow routes through town. Driveways cleared and widened, walkways and steps shoveled down to a surface you can actually stand on, sand or salt in the shaded spots that hold ice all day. Storms this far south often come in wet and heavy, the kind that want two passes, and the plan is always to be there before the morning commute. It is a good feeling to have a drive open at six a.m. while the rest of the road is still under a foot of it.
