Good Neighbors Tree Service

About Good Neighbors Tree Service

September on Long Pond: the water goes to glass at dusk, Mount Philip keeps the last of the light, and the shore pines stand doubled in their own reflection. Good Neighbors Tree Service works that shoulder season, when the camps quiet down and there is room to trim the oaks and maples along Messalonskee's edge without a dock full of company. Pruning back from a roofline, opening a crown so a yard gets its afternoon sun, taking out an ash that gave up years ago — all of it goes easier before the ground sets hard. When a November blow drops a tree across a camp road, storm damage cleanup is what lets somebody get in to shut the water off. The lakes look after themselves; the yards are where the work is.
