Total Property Care

About Total Property Care

Out past the Little River the ground goes soft in April and hard again in November, and the Belfast year is really those two turns. Total Property Care meets both — mowing, trimming and clearing up while things are growing, then plowing and shoveling once they stop. The shoulder seasons are the honest test: the last cut of the fall, the first plowable inch, and knowing which one is coming next. A lawn taken down neat before the snow means less to repair in the spring, and a drive kept open all winter means nothing to repair at all. It is ordinary work, and a good deal of Belfast runs on it.
