About R C Rogers & Sons Inc

Sleet coming up the Kennebec hits Bath sideways, rattling off the bridge trusses and glazing everything underneath. R C Rogers & Sons Inc works those nights — plowing driveways and lots, cutting walkways down to pavement, pushing the banks back before the next round arrives. Storm cleanup is the long tail of the job: the ridge left at the end of a drive after the city plow goes by, the packed drift nobody else is going to move. The trucks run until the last route is open, and then they run it again. Morning in this town starts early, and it starts on clear ground.
