About Green Scapes Unlimited Inc

Past Ebenezer Road the land loosens and gives way to Days Cove, where the October marsh turns bronze and a heron stands in it, unbothered by anything happening on shore. Green Scapes Unlimited Inc works the lawns and yards along that eastern edge of White Marsh — mowing through the season, trimming and edging, then hauling off the leaf fall that a big Maryland autumn drops all at once. Gunpowder country freezes late and thaws early, so winter arrives in short violent visits rather than one long siege, and the plow and spreader have to be ready on short notice. There is real pleasure in the turn: the last cleanup finished on a warm afternoon, the first driveway opened under a hard blue morning. Same ground, same care, different tool in hand.
