About Pittingers Property Maintenance LLC

Westminster sits high — several hundred feet above the city it looks down toward — and that difference is the whole story of a winter morning here. Snow that has already turned to rain along the lower valleys is still snow on the hill by the college, still snow on the steep side streets that need attention before anyone can back out of a driveway. Pittingers Property Maintenance LLC opens those drives and lots with a plow, takes the walkways, entries and stairs with a shovel, and puts salt down where a slope means a person could lose their footing. Grades get worked in the direction the melt wants to run, so the day's sun finishes part of the job for free. First light on cleared blacktop, with the ridge line going pink behind town, is the picture worth getting up for.
