About Piney Creek Property Management & Maintenance Services Inc

North toward Silver Run and Mayberry the farms run out flat and open, and a January wind with nothing standing in its way will fill a lane with drift hours after the sky has cleared. Piney Creek Property Management & Maintenance Services Inc works exactly that kind of country: the plowing itself, and then the second visit for when a fence line lets go and the snow decides to move twice. Driveways, farm lanes, lots and walkways come open; entries and steps are shoveled by hand; salt and de-icer go where sun and shade trade places and ice keeps returning. Long lanes get pushed with somewhere sensible for the snow to go, so the next storm still has room to arrive. The reward is the view from the road — a clean dark ribbon leading in, and everything around it untouched.
