About KCCS Construction, LLC

Along the Baltimore Boulevard corridor a snowstorm is measured in parking spaces: how many are usable by the time the doors unlock at nine. KCCS Construction, LLC runs those lots through the night, pushing snow into piles that sit where they won't blind a driver pulling out and won't melt back across the lanes at dusk. Entrances get opened wide, walkways and the aprons by the doors get cleared, and salt goes down on the routes people actually take from car to curb. Storms out of the northwest tend to keep going here after they have finished elsewhere, so the work is often two and three passes rather than one. A lot that opens on time on the worst morning of the winter is the entire point.
