About Hilltop Lawn Services

Parr's Ridge runs right through this part of Carroll County, splitting the rain between two watersheds and putting a good many Westminster yards on a genuine slope. Hilltop Lawn Services cuts those grades the way they need cutting — across the face rather than straight down it, with the trimmer finishing the banks and the ditch line where wheels have no business going. Up on the high ground the wind never entirely stops, which dries a lawn early and lets the mowers get moving while the low yards are still soaked. Edges get run along the drive and the walk, the clippings get cleared off, and in fall the leaves come off before they slide into a soggy mat at the bottom of the hill. A hillside lawn cut evenly, top to bottom, is worth the extra walking it takes.
