About Douglas Lawn & Landscape

Out past the last streetlight on the road toward Uniontown the fields run in long green folds and the sky gets noticeably bigger. Douglas Lawn & Landscape keeps yards out that way and back in town both, mowing, trimming and edging through the growing season and handling the cleanups that bracket it on either end. Then the year flips over: the same driveways that need a mower in July need a blade in January, when a storm tracks up the Piedmont and leaves eight inches across a quarter-mile farm lane. Snow gets pushed clear to the shoulder, steps and walks get shoveled, and salt goes down where the ice likes to set at the bottom of a grade. Two seasons, two machines, and the same stretch of Carroll County road either way.
