About Walt’s Property Services

East of town the ground drops away toward Zekiah Swamp Run, and the November light there goes copper for about twenty minutes before quitting altogether. Walt's Property Services keeps whole properties in view rather than single chores — mowing, trimming, edging and cleanups while things are growing, plowing, shoveling and salting once they stop. A property is a year-long responsibility: leaves in the fall, an ice-free walk in February, a clean first cut when the maples finally break bud. Doing all of it means noticing the gutter line and the low spot that puddles, not only the lawn. Waldorf houses tend to sit on generous lots, and a well-kept one announces itself from the road.
