Snow Tech

About Snow Tech

At two in the morning on the ridge roads above Maryland, plow lights are the only color for miles of hardwood and dark barn roofs. Snow Tech runs those long Otsego County nights — clearing driveways and farm lanes, cutting back the drifts that build across open fields, spreading salt and sand so a hill can be climbed at dawn. Storms here rarely come politely; they stall against the high ground and keep going long after the forecast says done, which means a second and a third pass. Steps, landings and the path out to the mailbox get cleared by hand. When the cold snaps hard and the sky finally clears, the last thing the truck leaves behind is a driveway wide open, corner to corner.
