About Kihn Property Services

On a November morning the fog lies low over Loch Raven and drifts west into Timonium's side streets, holding there until the sun finally works through. Kihn Property Services moves through that hour with lawn care in the green months and snow removal when the water in the gutters starts to skin over with ice. Property work in this part of Baltimore County is a long conversation with one piece of land — where it drains, where the shade sits, which corner of the drive the wind always loads first. Getting it right looks like a lawn cut even and a walk cleared wide, nothing dramatic, just correct. It is quietly satisfying to leave a place better set for the weather than you found it.
