About Mint Property Maintenance LLC

At two in the morning the lots along Route 26 sit empty and lit orange, and that is when plowing gets done properly. Mint Property Maintenance LLC covers Eldersburg at both ends of the calendar — snow plowing, shoveling and salting through the cold stretch, mowing, trimming and edging once the ground wakes back up. Winter around here rarely delivers a whole storm at once; it gives three inches, a lull, then three more, so clearing becomes less an event than a night-long conversation with the sky. Come June the same properties get the other sort of care, cut and trimmed and blown clean before the day's traffic arrives. Either season, the aim is a place that looks tended by the time anyone pulls in.
