About Gridiron Property Services

The first flakes usually show up at dusk here, catching the light over the wide parking aprons and long shoulders around Summerfield. Gridiron Property Services reads that sky and gets moving — plows working the lots, walks and entryways opened, ice treated at the doors and ramps where people actually put their feet. Prince George's storms rarely arrive on a convenient schedule; they start mid-commute, or overnight, or straight through a Sunday afternoon. The work gets measured in lanes opened and doors that swing over dry ground at seven the next morning. A property that never once slowed down because of the weather is the entire point of the night.
