About Premier Paving

A nor'easter reaches Kent Island sideways, off the water, and it packs snow against every curb and loading dock on the island before dawn. Premier Paving takes the night shift on that: plowing lots, stacking snow where it will not block a sightline, salting the aprons and entrances where ice sets in first. Wide flat pavement freezes in sheets, so the work is as much about the two-in-the-morning refreeze as about the storm itself. Somebody unlocks a door at six and the lot is open, and that is the entire point. Nobody sees the truck; everybody sees the pavement.
