About Octavio Landscaping LLC

Sligo Creek runs low and green through Silver Spring, and the yards that climb away from it wake up wet, mist standing in the grass until the sun clears the tulip poplars. That is the hour Octavio Landscaping LLC likes best — mower lines laid down the slope while the ground is still cool, trimmer work along fences and foundations, beds edged clean where the mulch meets the turf. Mid-Atlantic summers come on humid and heavy here, and a lawn kept on a steady rhythm holds its color through August instead of surrendering to it. Come autumn the oaks let go all at once, and the leaves get gathered off before they mat down into the grass. It is lawn care measured one property at a time, and the proof is the thin band of shadow along a freshly cut edge.
