About Hernandez Company LLC

Four Corners earns its name twice over in bad weather, where University Boulevard and Colesville Road cross and the plows push their windrows into every driveway apron nearby. Hernandez Company LLC takes that ridge of hard-packed snow off the entrance first, because it is the piece a homeowner cannot beat with a shovel, then clears the drive, the walk and the steps and salts what will refreeze by dusk. In green weather the same streets get the other half of the trade — mowing on a steady week, trimmer work around the mailbox posts and hydrants, an edge cut clean where lawn meets concrete, and the leaves carried off when the oaks let go in November. Silver Spring asks for both kinds of care, sometimes within the same month. Whichever season is running, the yard gets left tidy and the way in stays open.
