About Benitez Services, LLC

Down at Burnt Mills the Northwest Branch drops over the old dam and keeps running no matter the temperature, steaming faintly on the coldest mornings. Benitez Services, LLC is usually awake by then too, working driveways and walkways across Silver Spring while the sky over New Hampshire Avenue is still more purple than blue. Snow here rarely announces itself politely — it rides in on a warm front, turns to sleet, and sets up into something that has to be moved before it hardens. The rest of the year that same attention goes to lawns: cut, edged, trimmed tight at the fence lines, week after week from the first warm Saturday in April. Two kinds of weather, one habit — get there early, leave it better than you found it.
