SnowMovers

About SnowMovers

A nor'easter comes up the Chesapeake and turns the Magothy the color of pewter, and what it drops is heavy, wet, mid-Atlantic snow — the kind that bends branches and packs hard at the foot of a driveway. SnowMovers goes at it with the blade: driveways and lots plowed open, walks shoveled, ice treated where the shade holds it past noon. The name is the job description. There is real satisfaction in an entrance cleared before the county truck comes back down the road and closes it again, and in going out to open it once more. Severna Park, Arnold, Pasadena, Cape St. Claire and Millersville.
