About JMJ Lawn Service LLC

Saturday morning in a Severn cul-de-sac has a sound to it, and some of that sound belongs to JMJ Lawn Service LLC. Mowers laying stripes across the front yards off Reece Road, a string trimmer working the base of a basketball post, a blower clearing the last clippings from the sidewalk before the kids are out on it. Anne Arundel County builds its neighborhoods close together, so one yard done well sets the tone for the three on either side of it — and one yard skipped announces itself just as loudly. Between the cuts come the seasonal cleanups, the beds edged back where mulch has crept over the line, the leaves taken out ahead of the first hard frost. The reward is small and exact: a lawn that looks finished by noon.
