About Southern Roots Landworks LLC

South of Salisbury the land runs low and open toward the marsh, soybean stubble in the fields and snow geese lifting off in a white sheet when a truck goes by. Southern Roots Landworks LLC works that side of the county in winter, plowing driveways and lots, clearing walks, salting the north-facing stretches that stay slick until noon. Snow does not visit the lower Shore often, and when it does everything stops until somebody moves it. Getting there early is the difference between a lost day and an ordinary one. There is something satisfying about handing a morning back to people.
