About Garden Land LLC

Salisbury City Park follows the river through the middle of town, and by late October the sycamores along it turn the whole walk gold and then bury it. Garden Land LLC works that season for a living — leaves off the turf and out of the beds, the year's closing cut taken even, borders recut so the planting lines show themselves again. Through spring and summer the routine runs to mowing, trimming and edging, with the beds kept clear so shrubs and perennials have room to be seen. The Eastern Shore's long, generous growing months reward steady attention far more than grand gestures. Come the first cold snap, a yard tended this way looks put to bed on purpose rather than simply gone quiet.
