About Kreps Landscaping LLC

November reaches St. Leonard through the hollows, the steep wooded ravines that run down toward the bay, where oak, beech and tulip poplar let go of their leaves in long amber drifts. Kreps Landscaping LLC works lawns through that turning, when a yard can vanish under a single windy night. Clearing the leaves, cutting the grass one last time before it rests, leaving clean ground to face the winter: it is unglamorous work with a wonderfully tidy finish. Under the bare branches, with the low autumn sun slanting through, a cleared and mown lawn looks almost lit from within. It is a good way to close the year in this corner of Calvert County.
