About ScapeX Landscape & Design

The newer streets on Rockville's west side — Fallsgrove, King Farm — were laid out with intention, and the lawns inside them ought to be too. ScapeX Landscape & Design brings that thinking down to grass level: cutting patterns that respect a curve, borders trimmed to follow the architecture, edges cut so a bed reads as a shape rather than an accident. Spring arrives fast on this shoulder of the Piedmont; one warm week in April and everything is knee-high and asking for a plan. The work is weekly, unglamorous and cumulative — cut, trim, edge, clear — until a property looks composed instead of merely kept up. That is the whole pleasure of it: standing at the curb and watching the design finally show.
