About Taylor Lawn and Garden, LLC

Climb the steep roads out of Port Deposit and the land opens up on the high ground above the river, where yards spread wider and the maples go scarlet in October. Taylor Lawn and Garden, LLC tends lawns across town, upper and lower, keeping them mowed and trimmed as the year winds down. Late in the season the light slants through the trees by four o'clock, and a newly mown lawn under a scatter of red leaves has a beauty all its own. From the edge of the bluff you can catch the river shining below, wide and slow, bound for the Bay at Havre de Grace. Garden in the name, lawn in the work, and all of it aimed at a yard that feels finished as the evenings shorten.
