About Rosholt LLC

October is the honest month on this peninsula. The oaks down toward Downs Park let go all at once, the Chesapeake turns a hard pewter, and every lawn in Pasadena disappears under a week's worth of leaves. Rosholt LLC works through that — mowing while the grass is still growing, clearing leaves off turf before they mat and smother it, trimming the ragged edges back, cutting the walk lines clean so the yard has shape again heading into the cold. There is a particular pleasure in the after: an open green lawn on a bare-branch afternoon, beds tidy, curb swept, the wheelbarrow rolling back to the truck. Then the peninsula settles in for its gray months, and the yard is ready for them.
