Dustin's Driveways

About Dustin's Driveways

Four in the morning in Lake Shore, and the only light for a block is a pair of headlights swinging into a driveway. Dustin's Driveways runs those hours across Pasadena, plowing the drive, cutting a shovel-width path to the porch, and salting the slope where ice likes to set. Peninsula snow often falls wet and then hardens as the temperature slides after midnight, which makes that early pass the one that matters most. By sunrise the pavement is dark and steaming faintly, the walk is gritted, and nobody in the house has to think about it at all.
