About Mike G's Lawn Care

The first cut of the year is the one that changes a whole street. Somewhere in early April, when the maples along Chinquapin Run are just going red at the tips, Mike G's Lawn Care opens the route — mowing off the winter shag, trimming what the deck cannot reach, edging walks back to their true width, and blowing everything clean. Spring cleanups follow close behind, with beds cleared of the last matted leaves and fresh mulch laid in. From there it settles into the weekly rhythm of the growing months, then turns to leaf work when the light goes long and low. A cared-for yard is a small thing that an entire block can feel.
