About Gabe's Lawn Care

The same streets ask two very different things of one truck. From April through October, Gabe's Lawn Care runs the mowing route along the Harford Road corridor toward the Carney line — cutting, trimming, edging and clearing up after, keeping yards in order through the humid stretch when Parkville grass seems to grow overnight. Then the light shortens, the last leaves come down, and the blade goes on the front. Winter here refuses to be predicted: a dusting one week, six wet inches and a glaze of ice the next, so driveways get plowed, walks get shoveled, and salt goes down where shade holds the freeze past noon. Both halves of the year come down to the same idea — arriving before the day starts and leaving a property somebody can simply walk out into.
