About Scott's Lawn Maintenance, Inc.

Owings Mills takes its name from the mills Samuel Owings built along the Gwynns Falls, and the place still carries some of that old sense of steady, useful work. Scott's Lawn Maintenance, Inc. brings it to the lawns here, mowing, trimming and edging yards from the older streets to the newer neighborhoods. In early June, when the grass grows faster than anyone can keep up with and the mornings smell of cut clover, a freshly striped lawn is its own small victory. Every pass is set straight, every bed border drawn sharp, every walk swept before the job is called done. It is lawn work with the patience of a millwheel: turn after turn, week after week, until the whole yard hums.
