About JF Montes, Inc.

At three in the morning, Reisterstown Road belongs to the plows. JF Montes, Inc. is out in those hours through a Maryland winter, pushing drives and lots down to bare pavement, opening walkways, laying salt where the melt will refreeze before daylight. Storms here rarely arrive cleanly — the line between rain and snow wanders back and forth across Baltimore County all night — so the work is as much watching the sky as it is dropping a blade. What matters is the moment a household in Owings Mills opens the door at six and finds the driveway already dark and clear. That's the result the whole night is for.
