About Caplan Landscaping

An ice storm on Garrison Forest Road announces itself by sound — the trees ticking, and then the whole night gone glassy. Caplan Landscaping is out in that, hours before anyone else has a reason to be, running plow and salt across driveways, walks and lots around Owings Mills until blacktop shows through again. Winter here is rarely straightforward; the line between rain and snow likes to sit right over Baltimore County and refuse to decide. So the job is watching, timing, and going back for a second pass when the wind fills in the cut. By sunrise the pavement is dark and wet and completely unremarkable, which is exactly what a cleared drive should look like.
