The headwaters of the Northwest Branch start in this corner of Montgomery County, gathering off lawns and street gutters long before they ever look like a stream. Sust - Eco-friendly Yard Care works the yards uphill of all that — mowing on a regular cycle, trimming and edging where turf meets pavement, and hauling leaves away in fall so a wet mat is not sitting on the grass all winter. Autumn is the long push here, oak and beech letting go in waves from late October well into December. A raked, mown yard heading into the cold comes back quicker in April. That is really the whole argument for keeping up with it.
