About Nolan Home Improvement

Some places in Olney cannot be closed by weather, and the shift-change traffic near the hospital off Prince Philip Drive is one of them. Nolan Home Improvement takes the overnight side of a storm — plowing while it is still falling, coming back for the second pass, clearing walks and entries down to the surface, salting so a lot opened at midnight is still open at six. Snow in this part of Maryland rarely arrives clean; it comes as sleet, turns to rain, then freezes hard behind the front. That last part is where the de-icer earns its keep. The whole job gets measured by whether somebody else's morning goes on as planned.
