About Johnson's Landscaping Service

Brookeville sits just up the road from Olney with its old brick and its one narrow main street, and by late October the whole approach is a tunnel of yellow. Johnson's Landscaping Service spends that month chasing leaves — cleanup after cleanup, until the turf can breathe and the beds are clear heading into the cold. Before then it is the ordinary good work of the growing season: mowing on a cycle, trimming, and an edge along the walk that says somebody was here. After then it is plow blades and salt, driveways opened before the school buses run. The year in this town is a loop, and the trucks follow it all the way around.
