About Meck Services and Designs, LLC

On the bay side of Ocean City the marsh grass off Sinepuxent turns from tan to green sometime in April, and the mowing year begins with it. Meck Services and Designs, LLC cuts and maintains lawns along those quiet back streets, where salt in the wind and sand in the soil make turf a genuinely different animal than it is inland. The routine is steady: mowing on schedule, edging along shell drives and bulkheads, trimming close where the yard meets the water's edge. Evening is the best hour for it here, the light going gold across the bay and the last cut still showing its lines. Come autumn the leaves and the summer's growth get cleared away, and the yards settle into the quiet months looking neat.
