About Nate's Property Maintenance LLC

Lusby sits on a narrow neck of land with the Patuxent on one side and the Chesapeake on the other, and the weather here can never quite make up its mind. Nate's Property Maintenance LLC takes it as it lands: mowing, trimming and seasonal cleanups across the long warm stretch, then snow clearing and salting whenever a system comes through cold enough to stick. Sleet is the local specialty — it glazes the sloping drives around Drum Point and turns a short walk into a careful one, which is precisely when the plow and the spreader earn their keep. Summer asks a different patience, week after week of grass that never quits. Either way the day ends the same, standing out at the road looking back at a property that is squared away.
