I & A Lawn Care

About I & A Lawn Care

Lonaconing stretches long and narrow down the Georges Creek valley, its houses stepping up the slopes between steep, wooded mountains. The stone stack of the old iron furnace and the brick walls of the silk mill still stand as proof of a town that has always worked hard, and that spirit shows in yards kept with care. I & A Lawn Care mows, trims and neatens lawns here, in a valley where few yards sit perfectly flat and the ground asks for patience and a steady touch. In late spring, with the creek running full and the valley floor gone green, a fresh-cut lawn catches the midday light before the ridge shadows slide back across. It is honest work, and it leaves a valley town looking proud of itself.
