About Green Cricket Landscaping & Tree Service

An August thunderhead builds fast over St. Mary's County, and for twenty minutes the tulip poplars and loblolly pines above Lexington Park bend and roar and shed whatever they were ready to shed. Green Cricket Landscaping & Tree Service works the mornings before that weather and the calm afternoons after it, mowing the lawns beneath those tall pines, trimming close to the trunks, edging the walks back to their true shape. Pine straw and stray limbs get gathered up so the grass underneath can breathe and green again. There is a real pleasure in the last pass of the day, when a shaded yard that looked ragged at eight o'clock reads clean and deliberate by two. That work runs across Lexington Park and out to Park Hall, Great Mills and California.
