About Green Thumb Lawn & Landscaping

April in Laurel arrives all at once — dogwood breaking white along the side streets, the ground finally warm enough to work, and every lawn in town asking for its first cut in the same week. Green Thumb Lawn & Landscaping meets that rush and then keeps the pace: mowing and edging through the season, trimming hedges into shape, spreading mulch that darkens the beds and holds moisture through the humid stretch ahead. By late fall it is the reverse job, leaves off the turf and the yard put to bed. There is something deeply satisfying about the first mow of the year, the smell of it, the way a scruffy winter yard turns back into a lawn in under an hour. That transformation is the reason to do this work at all.
